About Me

Hello! I'm Shamiso, welcome to my website. I'm a recent graduate from Loughborough University. My most recent exhibition was the SDCA Degree Show 2026; a culmination of four years of developing and refining my creative practice. It was by far the most rewarding experience I've had to date and I welcome you to view what it entailed. 
 

My current practice centres on wooden geometric sculptures that explore movement within structured systems. Working primarily with wood for its tactile, traditional qualities, I construct bold, colourful forms that carry a child-like familiarity. Movement operates as a form of disruption within the work: through shifts, rotations, and moments of activation, the sculptures unsettle their apparent order.
